Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Is it safe to buy online?

All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through Paypal. Shipping
If I'm ordering Internationally who will pay for import fees?
No need to worry about import fees – we’ve got it covered! All customs and import charges are on us, so you can enjoy your order without any extra costs.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Most of our orders (about 90%) are processed within just 1-3 days, so you can expect a quick turnaround. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Is the shipping free even for a single product?
Yes! Customer can buy even a single product and we won't charge anything for shipping. However customer only pays if they want Express delivery.
What is the shipping time?
Due to the holiday season and ongoing promotions, we're experiencing high order volumes, which is causing slight delays in processing and shipping. However our updated shipping times is as follows, It vary by location: some countries may receive orders in as little as 4-6 days, while most countries take 5-12 days. Is my shipment insured?
Your shipment is fully insured! If anything happens to your product during shipping, we’ll take care of it by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.
Product quality and Care
Will the jewellery tarnish?
The jewelry will not tarnish if you use it properly and follow the care instructions mentioned in the next question. Specially our Gold/ Rose Gold Plated, and Sterling Silver Jewelry do not tarnish under normal use.
How long does gold-plating on the Jewellery last?
The longevity and brightness of the gold finish on our gold-plated jewelry depend on several factors, including usage, weather conditions (humid environments can dull the finish much sooner), and proper storage.
1. We can assure you of at least 1-year on the gold plating of our jewelry, ensuring quality you can trust.
2. To maintain the finish, we recommend wearing gold-dipped pieces occasionally and ensuring they are completely dry from sweat or moisture before storing them in airtight plastic covers having Silica gel.
3. Most of our jewelry is plated with 18-carat gold, giving it an authentic and luxurious gold appearance.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
To maintain the beauty, shine, and durability of your jewellery, please follow these simple care instructions:
1. Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from chemicals and strong products such as perfumes, cosmetics, and cleaning agents.
2. Remove Before Bathing or Swimming: We recommend to avoid contact with chlorine, sand, and saltwater to prevent damage.
3. Avoid Physical Activity: Take off your jewellery before exercising or engaging in physical activities to protect it from knocks and sweat.
4. Remove Before Sleeping: Do not wear your jewellery while sleeping to prevent accidental damage. However some of the customer have did that but nothing have happened to their Jewelry.
5. Proper Storage: Store your jewellery in a clean, dry, and cool place. Keep it away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

What kind of stones do you use? Are they genuine precious stones?
The materials used in our products vary depending on the design. Most of our gemstone pieces feature natural semi-precious stones. However, we also use synthetic gemstones in a variety of colors for certain designs.
For complete transparency, the product description clearly specifies the type and quality of stones used, including whether synthetic gemstones are featured.

Return & Refund
How do I return my item?
To initiate a return for your item please view our Return & Refund policy and contact us on E-mail: Info@posheparis.com.
If for any reason you want are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for a refund.

Conditions of Return
All returns must be in original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or scratches. Items must be returned in the same packaging as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for refunds.
Is the engraved product returnable?
Please note that we cannot accept returns for engraved, monogrammed, or other personalized items, as these pieces have been specially customized for you.

Who pays for the Shipping on Returns or Exchanges?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping for both ways (to us and from us) on Exchanges.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We strive to process all returns within 4 working days; however, during busy periods, this timeframe may extend to 10 working days.
